Located at the heart of Teton Valley, we have an office in the Colter Building at the stoplight in downtown Driggs. Our ground-level office is highly visible to the local community and guests alike. We welcome you to come on in and speak to us in person at any time.

We have been in business for over 30 years now (since 1992). We have grown our relationships over the years and have a long history of being a trustworthy partner in growing your investment here at the base of the Tetons. We have stood the test of time and proven our sustainability to develop long-term relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, as well as our own team.

OWNER PORTAL

We provide an owner portal so that you can stay informed about your vacation home. The portal gives you 24/7 access to upcoming reservations, average daily rates, owner statements, and payments, and allows you to make your own reservations for yourself, family and friends.

VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS

There are times when our team is not able to service your home and we need to call in the professionals. As you know, many home service professionals are not taking new clients and are booking months, if not years, in advance. Thankfully, we have grown these relationships over the years and work with some of the best vendors in the region. With over 120 homes in our portfolio (long-term and vacation rentals), our vendors tend to schedule us in quickly and get the work done correctly. Needless to say, we love our vendors - and we like to think that our vendors love us as well!

DEDICATED FULL-SERVICE TEAM

HOUSEKEEPING

We have a full housekeeping team that we keep on staff year-round. Many of our housekeepers have been with us for the long haul. We have developed processes and routines that ensure that homes are clean and meet the high standards of today’s guests. Since the housekeeping team is in your home more often than almost anyone else, we have trained them to be home inspectors and be proactively watching for items that could become an issue.

MAINTENANCE

We also have a full maintenance team on staff. Our team is highly skilled and can deal with almost any handyman project around your home. They are on call and can respond to urgent needs if they arise. Our maintenance prices are much lower than having a maintenance specialist called out to your home for basic fixes.

STRESS-FREE LINENS

In order to keep cleaning fees low and still provide a high quality of cleanliness and comfort, we outsource our linen service to the professionals at High Country Linen in Jackson, WY. This allows us to accept same-day reservations without the stress of having clean linens. It also is less wear and tear on your washer and dryer. Not to mention, you can keep your own linens stored away in an owner’s closet knowing that guests have not been using them.

DYNAMIC RENTAL PRICING

Teton Homestead invests heavily in a dynamic pricing platform to set nightly rates. We believe that this is the most critical aspect of a successful vacation rental that doesn't leave money on the table.

The platform analyzes the entire region of available vacation home rentals each and every day. It analyzes similar homes, visitor demand, seasonality, and the available inventory in the market. Once the analysis is complete, it then suggests rates to us. These rates are reviewed and tweaked as needed by Teton Homestead. We then publish new rates each and every night to adjust to the changing market.

MANAGEMENT FEES

Teton Homestead charges a flat percentage commission of the accommodation fare. We don’t nickel and dime you with extra charges and fees that make things confusing.

We pay for all marketing, software, cleaning, linens, essentials, state and local taxes, credit card fees, and other booking costs associated with marketing your home and booking guest reservations.

MODERN RENTAL PLATFORMS

Your home will be listed on the leading platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. It is always nice to see an advertisement from them as they are promoting your home with their large advertising dollars. It is where most of our bookings come from these days and we are experts in refining listings, and working the system to keep our listings at the top of the search results and in front of as many potential guests as possible.

INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY

You’ll see us in local magazines, newspapers, and other regional publications (both in print and online). We are growing our involvement in community events and you’ll start to see us just about everywhere.
