Teton Homestead is hiring a local, dependable, hospitality-minded human to lead guest experience from Friday afternoon through Monday morning.
This is a part-time, mostly remote, on-call role with year-round potential for the right fit.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the primary point of contact for guests throughout the weekend.
Your role includes:
- Responding quickly and professionally to guest calls and messages
- Helping guests plan their stay with thoughtful local insight
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance when needs arise
- Problem-solving calmly and confidently in real time
- Joining a short Friday team check-in
- Sending a clear Sunday/Monday handoff recap
You’re not sitting at a desk all weekend.
You can ski, bike, hike, and live your life — you just need to be responsive and ready to step in when needed.
